Which pets work?

What happens to my photos?
They stay private and are only used to make your pet. Please upload photos of your pet without people in them.
Can I digitise a pet who has died?
Yes. Any dog or cat can be digitised from your favourite photos, including one who has died.
What do I get for £5.99?
You pay once and keep your pet's profile for good: your digital pet, their first tricks (sit, high five and spin), their daily horoscopes and everything you do together stay yours. No subscription required.
How do videos work?
Every pet starts with sit, high five and spin. More tricks, dances, poses and scenes are in their library: teach one with coins and the clip is theirs to keep, or describe your own idea. Coins come with Pet Persona Plus. Every clip loops, ready to share.
What are beans?
Beans, as in toe beans, are what you earn for looking after your pet and checking in. Spend them in the app on treats, toys and streak savers. They're separate from coins.
Do I need Pet Persona Plus?
No. Your pet, their first tricks and their daily horoscopes are yours without it. Pet Persona Plus is a monthly plan that comes with coins, for when you want more videos.
Can I delete my pet or my account?
Yes. In the app, go to You and choose Delete your account (under Privacy and data). A pet you haven't paid for yet can be deleted from its Edit page, which deletes their photos and portrait for good. A pet you've paid for is kept with your account and deleted with it.
Who can see my pet's clips?
Clips you share to the gallery are seen only by people signed in to Pet Persona. Sharing to the gallery is opt-in: nothing of yours appears there unless you share it.
What is In memory?
If your dog or cat has died, you can digitise them from your favourite photos and mark them In loving memory on their Edit page. Their daily reading becomes a gentle message from the stars about them, and they get no care reminders, promotions or advent calendar. You can undo it there too.
Can I cancel Pet Persona Plus?
Yes, any time, in the app: go to You, then Subscription.
Can I share clips on TikTok or Instagram?
Yes. Sharing hands over an MP4 file. On a phone, Share hands the MP4 to your share sheet where your phone allows it; otherwise Download saves it, ready to post on TikTok, Instagram or WhatsApp.
Can I get a refund?

Is the daily horoscope free?
Yes. The daily horoscopes on our public pages are free, and you can get a daily horoscope for your own dog or cat as a free horoscope pet, with no photos and no payment.
Who makes Pet Persona?
Pet Persona is a UK web app by Bednal Limited that digitises your dog or cat from a few photos, makes short videos starring them, and writes them a daily horoscope. Bednal Limited is registered in England and Wales, company number 12582198.
